Building a Self-Learning Shopping Cart

A majority of eCommerce owners have been led to believe that self-learning platforms are only available to those whose revenue is in the millions. While it is true that self-learning platforms are generally more expensive than typical platforms, they more than make up for their cost by dramatically increasing sales. Self-learning platforms have the ability to provide you, as an eCommerce owner, the power to talk to each customer personally, making them feel like you know who they are and what they are interested in. As a result, the customers get a personalized shopping experience, tailored specifically to them.

Josh Caba, the founder and developer of CortexCommerce.com, has came up with a solution to the one-site-fits-all eCommerce store. Armed with a degree in computer science and love for eCommerce, Josh has helped his customers experience a 600% increase in sales and a 900% increase in conversion. Josh shares other incredible statistics, success stories, and how you can get started using a self-learning platform. Do not miss this episode.

  1. Thank you so much, Andrew. We are a click-and-mortar who very recently started-up our webstore. We were very unhappy with our web-platform because of the lack of functionality or support, and when we heard this episode, we began to pray about whether or not Cortex Commerce was worth the investment. We stepped out in faith (because Cortex was outside of our budget), I contacted Josh Caba, he met us where we’re at (!!), we signed up, and his team had us up and running with our new webstore within 30 days. Josh has been insanely helpful to make sure that everything works properly for us. I mean, I will literally send him an email with a request to have something changed in the backend (or frontend) that works better for us, and he will not only have that changed, but add a new feature or two in the process. I seriously can’t praise Cortex Commerce enough.

To prove to you what I’m talking about in regards to how they’ve helped our business, we have done twice the revenue in half of the amount of time that we did with our old platform. Our increase since switching to Cortex Commerce has been insane, and I will admit that we haven’t even scratched the surface of the features that are offered in this system. And I swear Josh is not paying me to say this, lol. It’s just that in just 3 months of doing business with Cortex Commerce, we’re what you would call a super-fan.
