Sivana is a small, family operated yoga lifestyle e-commerce store based in Encinitas CA. We sell a wide range of items from Clothing, Jewelry, Incense, and Home Decor to a primarily woman customer. 30 yo — 55 yo. Our mission is to provide comfort in their journey of self exploration and spirituality through design and fashion.

Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to identify and drive purchasing customers to our website, while supporting the strategic plan and vision of the organization. This position reports directly to the owners and will greatly influence the direction of our marketing initiatives going forward.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on sales objectives, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Responsible for branding, including style guide adherence, training, and implementation in collaboration with owners
  • Responsible for data analytics tracking and reporting
  • Oversee email marketing, including weekly content newsletters and automation flows
  • Develop and manage paid advertising initiatives to meet sales objectives
  • Participate on Product Leadership Team to decide what products to carry, drop, and marketing strategy around product launches and promotions
  • Coordination of projects relating to user experience, product descriptions, and product photography
  • Manage marketing budget to include video/photography equipment, team member pay, paid ads and ROI projections for new initiatives
  • Hiring and management of direct reports, supporting Media Team members through Media Manager
  • Track current and emerging e-commerce trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build external partnerships to promote brand recognition and create a strong external network to draw upon.

  • Double-digit revenue growth year over year
  • Improve Facebook ROAS
  • Maintain current Customer Acquisition Costs while increasing Lifetime Value

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years in a Marketing Management role
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong understanding of lifecylce marketing
  • A strong understanding of the principles behind B2C marketing
  • Experience with e-commerce merchandising
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO optimization, Facebook Ad Manager, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Strong understanding of photography and video workflow
  • Knowledge of relevant social platforms (content publishing and advertising), Google AdWords
  • Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, and Zendesk experience is a huge plus!
