Position Overview

Under the Direct Supervision of Ownership, the E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the oversight of our online web presence and e-commerce site. This position leads and manages a staff of Web associates responsible for maintaining product assortment online, delivering high quality customer service to online guests, trouble-shooting, and order fulfillment.

This position will continually seek to improve our radical customer service experience and increase sales, productivity, & efficiencies of our E-Commerce business. The successful candidate will be able to enhance and grow our E-Commerce business and manage a high functioning team effectively. As a division leader, this position will serve on the Leadership Team to collaborate on formulating business strategies for the future of the company.

Ultimately, the duties of the E-Commerce Manager are to achieve excellent customer service through our web platforms by building relationships (both with staff and customers).

Required:

  • SEO, PPC, FTP, HTML, Magento, CMS, CSS, etc.
  • Should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in information technology, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree in Business is preferred but proven work experience will be highly considered in place of an advanced degree.
  • Proven work experience (5+ years) in E-Commerce or Web Management successfully leading a high functioning team.
